HOW LONG WILL MY APPOINTMENT TAKE?

The length of your appointment is really going to depend on the services you receive. That said, a basic wash, cut, and style takes around an hour. If you are getting a color treatment or a combination of services, please ask me for an individual time estimate!

DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-IN CLIENTS?

Typically, yes, I do. However, due to COVID-19 restrictions, I cannot currently accept walk-in clients. Even so, last minute appointments will be accommodated whenever possible.

WHAT IF I’M RUNNING LATE?

Hey, life HAPPENS. And I totally get it! If you know that you’re going to be late, please call me as soon as you can. I will do my best to accommodate whenever possible.
If you’re running so far behind that it will impact another client’s scheduled appointment time, I may ask you to reschedule.
Either way, it doesn’t hurt to talk it out in advance. That way you don’t waste your time (or gas) showing up at the salon if I can’t still squeeze you in.

CAN I BRING MY CHILD WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?

s much as I love kids, I do ask that you try to make other arrangements for small children (that are not receiving services) during your appointment with me. When you’re in my chair, it’s pretty much impossible for you or me to supervise. (Especially right now with everything going on with COVID-19.)
I plan to revisit this policy in the future – post-COVID-19. But for now, I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and I sincerely appreciate your understanding.

DO I HAVE TO TIP?

Gratuities are very much appreciated, but are not required. So, it’s totally your call! As a professional hair stylist, I aim to do my best whether you’re a good tipper, a no-tipper, or anything in-between. 

WHAT IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY HAIR?

My goal is TOTAL CLIENT SATISFACTION. So, don’t you dare tote around some “mop” on your head that you don’t like!
If you’re unhappy with your hair when we’re finished – PLEASE TELL ME! Don’t spare my feelings now just to end up calling me about it later. I’d really like the chance to help you look and feel your best.
Plus, as I mention elsewhere on my website, I’m all about open and honest communication between stylist and client. So, don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re unhappy. I will do everything I can to make it right!

• We Require 24 Hours Cancelation Notice •

Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (or no-shows) will result in full charges on your credit card (or the equivalent deduction from ( your service or packages).We regret that we cannot make exceptions to our 24-hour cancellation policy because we are a small appointment-based business and we schedule especially for you.
